Empower Brands of Middleton, WI Recalls PowerXL Self-Cleaning Juicer Models SHL90-SC and SHL96 due to potential for the product to rupture during use, allowing for pieces of the product to be expelled and strike consumers, creating a risk of laceration; or to leave small particle shavings in the juice, creating a risk of ingestion of small particles.

How to identify if your product is affected by this recall:

  • This recall only affects PowerXL Self-Cleaning Juicer Models SHL90-SC and SHL96. You can check the model of affected Juicers by looking at the rating label on the unit. The rating label is located on the bottom of the unit if you have a SHL96, or the side of the unit if you have a SHL90-SC. Label on the bottom of the juicer

If you have a juicer that is affected by this recall, immediately stop using the recalled product.
